PUPPY POSE

Stack your hips over your knees and press your chest into the floor

LOW CRESENT LUNGE WITH HAND CLASP

Clasp your hands behind your back and extend your hands away from you.

BRIDGE

Step your feet to hips width distance apart and lift your hips up. Option to clasp your hands under your body and walk your shoulders underneath.

SPINAL TWIST

Hug your right knee into your chest and then cross your leg to the left side.  Repeat on the other side.
